西藏内部旅游的路线每个人肯定有自己的打算,我要说的只有下面几点:

1 季节气候的重要性: 西藏的夏天(7,8月)是雨季,雨季的麻烦一方面是川藏/滇藏、中尼公路、以及去阿里的南线比较难走,另外,在大本营也很难看到珠峰。藏北湖区那时候也是一片泥泽。

西藏的几个地区,拉萨和日喀则及山南地区基本上全年都可以旅行;阿里地区是春秋天最好,夏天南线不太好走,冬天下雪之后基本就不太通;林芝地区夏天路不好,春天比较潮冷,秋天最美;昌都地区有飞机通,但也是雨季路极差;藏北夏天实在是没发走,春天还成,就是风沙大,秋天走最好,但是时间短,冬天走倒是方便----只要不闹雪灾! !所以说,总体上讲,春秋天是西藏旅游最好的季节。

2 关于旅游季节:每年的7,8两个月是西藏的旅游季节,这段时间的确是西藏气候最好,最温暖的时间,每到这时候,都有大量的国内外游客蜂拥而至。 机票 ,住房,车辆都紧张且贵。

好象又一种说法这时候西藏的氧气含量最高云云。那基本属于瞎掰了,其实春秋天也差不了多少。咱们大伙能不去凑热闹就免了。而且这段时间又是西藏的雨季,建议大家最好谨慎。

3 补给的重要性:

补给的重要性主要表现在阿里和藏北的无人区上(当然大峡谷也很重要,下面再细讲),虽然一般的兄弟比较少能真的又机会到无人区转转,但是,我觉得这样的资料比较难找,所以还是一起写了。

西藏的无人区有好几块,其中最有名的就是藏北-可可西里无人区,它的范围东从青藏线往西,一直到新藏线,南起阿里南线,北一直到新疆的南疆阿尔金山。这一带由于人烟稀少,很多地方被习惯上称为无人区。其实这片地区南部有好几个县城和一些稀疏的牧民点。特别是在横穿藏北的黑阿(安多一狮泉间)公路的南侧。尤其在80年代政府提出的开发无人区的号召下,进入无人区深处的牧民人数有所增加。

藏北-可可西里无人区无疑是西藏最有魅力的旅游地区之一。那里的面积大约占到西藏整个的1/4强一点。藏北湖区是中国湖泊最为密集的湖区,又由于是自流区域,多是咸水湖,湖色各异,深邃诡秘。另外由于无人区人烟稀少,野生动物非常多,黄羊、羚羊、鹤类是极常见的,运气好的话还可以见到野牦牛。象雄王国曾在青藏高原上显赫一时,它的遗址也在无人区中心的尼玛附近。同时,由于发源并保留了藏族的原始宗教--本教,这里的宗教习俗与西藏其他地区有很大差异。但是,这里的旅游条件也是西藏各条旅游路线中最艰苦的一条,在面积广大的无人区之中可能会遇到的问题实在是太多了。

首先就是交通问题无疑交通是在无人区中的首要问题。黑河公路自东向西横穿藏北地区南部,但是这条线上并没有班车,虽然可以搭车走一下黑河公路,但显然这样浮光掠影的看一看实在是太少了。所以最好自己有车。

但即使这样,在藏北交通仍然是困难的,主要的问题来自于:

A、沿途维修加油困难,单车活动的可能性为零除了在县城和极少数的居民点外,这两个问题很难解决,特别是在黑阿公路以北的大片地区。我们几次去藏北都是有大卡车同行,除了背日用品外,最主要就是为了背油。
讲到这,我还是要强调一句,做专业的越野活动,柴油机在安全性(可以想象一辆装着几个汽油桶的卡车几乎就是一个运动着的火药桶)和性能上都要超过汽油车----虽然这个问题上咱们论坛上有过争议,实施起来也有比较大的难度。

无人区上的道路都是原来车轮压出来的简易便道,路况极差,油耗自然就高,加上无人区的平均海拔比较高(平均在4500-5000左右),大约比平原的路面上多费50%到一倍的油。

B、道路的识别和选择无人区当然是没有路标的,加上各种各样的简易便道,有些甚至是60年代的,要迷路实在是太容易了。即便是使用详细的地图(实际上对于无人区并没有什么详细而有效的地图)和卫星定位仪(GPS)还是不可能完全解决这个问题,所以一定、一定要有一位熟悉当地道路情况的牧民或司机带路。

另外,即便如此,还是应该在物资和心理上作好迷路的准备。以便一旦发生了这种情况,不致于发生混乱.

C 季节的选择肯定冬天是不适合去藏北无人区旅行的,天太冷,而且常常下雪,动辄就变成雪灾。
夏天有时候雨水大了,所有的简易便道都会变得泥泞不勘,所以春秋天应该是比较好的季节。

特别注意,一般的来讲,从9月中开始藏北一些海拔高一点的过分就开始持续降雪了,所以秋天去的时候要密切注意天气的变化。

D 通讯联络在藏北除了各个县城可以打到长途电话外,其它地方与外部联络是很困难的,我想不到除了使用卫星电话之外有任何更有效的办法。同时除了日常通讯和寻求救援之外,使用卫星电话也可能方便的查到有关的气象资料,同时上上新浪网什么的,所以我觉得它在无人区是必备的。

除此以外,如果车队比较大或人数比较多的话,应该准备可以连成网络的车载电台和对讲机。而且注意车与车之间不要落的太远。我知道在西藏 ,有时候同一天发出去的车,到晚上可能会差出200公里以上。

关于物资的准备:

从前面的介绍来看,我们应该已经很清楚,如果要去无人区物资的准备无疑是极为重要的,因为一般去无人区的时间都比较长,大家所需的一切生活物资,救生装备都要带齐,落了什么都是无法补救的。

一般的旅行装备就不提了。说几件比较重要的。

A 详细的地图。中国地图出版社的西藏分县地图无疑是有用的,另外,带经纬度的更详细的地图无疑也是必须的,这样的地图应该是靠局级单位的介绍信,并有正当理由可以买到的。

B 卫星定位仪GPS。不仅要有事先详细的线路准备,旅途中路线的准确性也很重要。对于一般的野外活动来讲,GPS和手提电脑中的地理信息系统的配合应该说是最理想的。一般来讲这样的活动必须要携带发电机,但是,手提电脑的使用可能还是会受到一些限制。

再说一遍,在无人区,GPS是必须的。现在很多新型的GPS允许你把地图资料输进GPS里,能自动记录所走过的道路,并可以和电脑中的资料配合使用,我强烈的推荐你也使用这样的GPS。

C 完备的野营装备在无人区,全套的野营装备都是必须的。

要说的一点是,无人区的昼夜温差比较大。特别是春秋季节,一般的旅游帐篷和睡袋肯定会不够,另外,那里有时候在晚上会有很强的风,所以要格外强调你的帐篷的抗风性。

D 足够的食品和饮水深入到无人区之后,任何试图在当地补充食品给养的努力都会是困难的,毕竟我们不可能总把希望寄托在偶尔遇到的牧民手里买羊来煮。所以应该考虑到准备好行程中所需的几乎全部的食品:一些简单而有营养食品作为早餐和中餐,一般来讲只有晚餐才有机会生火造饭。另外,为可能发生延误而准备的备份食品以及水果也是必须考虑到的。

和很多没去过的人的想象的不一样的是,藏北虽然有很多湖,但饮用水却是个问题。藏北的湖有相当多的是咸水湖;另有一些湖虽然喝起来不咸,但矿物质含量很高,据当地人讲喝了会哑或者有其它很多问题。当然流动着的雪山融水是没有问题的,但是藏北还不是所有地方都有雪山,所以还是应该考虑好饮用水(包括做饭、洗漱等等)的解决。

在无人区旅行的路线一般的来讲,南部的班戈县、申扎县、色林错(申扎县县城不远的沼泽常有大群的鹤类活动)、尼玛县、本教神湖当惹雍错、象雄王国的遗址都是比较容易去到的。

从尼玛县往北走到绒玛区后往东,大约车开一天可以到双湖办事处,这一带是野生动物非常密集的地方。

到这里基本就是通常可以到达藏北的最北端了。

从这里往北几百公里可以翻过可可西里山和昆仑山的交界处进入新疆,这样的道路有两条:一条是在双湖特区界的,一条在尼玛县界内。这一带应该说完全是旅游开发的处女地。由于道路难行,现在即便是驼队也很少走了。这里就是无人区的核心区了。关于这条路,由于没有完全走过,我能说的的也很少。好象听说本来广东的一个越野车俱乐部有意要在今年走这条线的,但是最终不了了之,我想原因除了组织上的以外,可能补给和救援困难是一个主要的难以克服的因素吧。

在无人区还有几点要注意的,原来我可能已经唠叨过了,再说一遍:

1 无人区是西藏海拔最高的地区之一,平均海拔在4500米以上,医疗卫生条件又差,没有完全适应高原气候的旅游者最好在拉萨多适应几天,真出了事可一点救没有;

2 不要过分接近野生运动,特别是野耗牛,万一见到,一定要离它们远点。

另外,黄羊和藏羚羊有与汽车赛跑的习惯。那气氛是很令人血脉愤张,但最好小心悠着点,很容易出事故。

3 同去的人里要有各种能干的人,特别是车辆维修、向导和医生,在无人区,想从外面得到支援可太难了。

4 但凡无人区,本身的环境一定是已经很脆弱的,一定要注意环保。垃圾不可分解的干了要带走,可分解的就地掩埋。

5 虽然一旦发生可能费用极其昂贵,但是还是要联系好救援的事情。毕竟当地政府和军队还是比较有办法的。


关于雅鲁藏布大峡谷:


大峡谷是最近一两年炒出来的热点。自然要简单说两句。 ,

我个人是不大支持大家去大峡谷的。原因主要是:大峡谷的生态其实很脆弱。一般来讲,团队进去(单人去很困难)必须要砍树作饭,要打猎什么的。对大峡谷的破坏实在太严重了。

而其实,真的进了大峡谷你会发现,你能去的地方除了在木板房的政府前面拍张照片以外就没什么了。实际墨脱好多有趣的地方都在麦克马洪线的那边,就算不在那边,很多地方由于是边境或者太难于到达,你也根本去不了。那地方,没有军队和劳工的支援,你什么地方也动不了,而实际上即便有了支持,你也不会想去哪里,呵呵,太苦了。我总觉得去大峡谷的旅游者都属于极端猎奇者,不说也罢。

为了保护大峡谷的环境,我希望大家支持我的观点,在近期内,还是不要去大峡谷旅游吧。

再多谈两个问题,其实是比较碎的事:

第一个是刀的携带的问题。好象已经有很多兄弟关心过刀的问题了。肯定,管制刀具是不让上飞机的,即便实托运也常常有问题。很多比较锋利的工具(包括我的冰镐、手斧等等)我建议大家采取邮寄的方法,在西藏买的小藏刀也是这样,拉萨的邮局同志一般都比较帮忙,只要你实话实说又不太过分,他们会比较通融的。

另一个是边境证的问题:在西藏的一些边境地区旅行是需要办理边境证的,这些地区包括:墨脱,樟木,珠峰(算定日县),普兰等等。要说的是最近在拉萨办边境证已经变的非常烦琐。如果不是有特别方便的关系,我建议大家还是在自己的地方办边境证的为好。

在这篇帖子的最后,我还有两句话要说。

和很多不太了解西藏的兄弟想象的不一样, 西藏旅游系统的法制化管理其实是比较健全的。如果你在西藏旅游期间和旅行社发生了什么纠纷----这实在比较容易的,毕竟西藏旅行社的素质和内地比不了----一定要来西藏自治区旅游局投诉。我相信这样是你捍卫自己合法权利最好的办法。

西藏自治区旅游局的地址是:拉萨,园林路。也就是在铜牦牛雕像的南边300米的样子。

具体解决投诉的部门是旅游局的质检所:电话是0891-?6834193。

当然,我觉得解决问题的前提是你和旅行社之间的比较完备的合同。的确,在西藏旅行要和旅行社小心的订立旅行合同。实在不行就要相信旅游局了。就我所知,自治区旅游局质检所处理投诉还是是相当公正的,口碑不错。

一些补充:

1)进基本的陆路有四条,但是除了青藏公路外,其他线路的自驾进入建议为:尽量选择吉普、丰田4500、道奇及类似车辆,而且最好有两车组队同行。
2)青藏公路的状况不错,目前到明年上半年进行大规模的道路改造,不小路段要走便道,但问题不是很大。如果车、人状况都不错,可以在一天内由拉萨到达格尔木;不过建议中途多休息一下。
3)另外, 西藏旅游的时间安排上,最好留有相应的冗余,以免因为不可预测的因素耽误时间导致损失与不便。

还有,在顶上转载文章中说到高原反应的问题,在下不敢苟同,也许是因为务实的态度和曾经作为医务职业者的责任习惯。大家最好遵循传统的高原适应建议:-)

1.?鞋:
去墨脱千万别穿解放鞋! ---“实践出真知”
因为解放鞋鞋底和鞋帮都太软,不能给脚底和脚踝以足够的保护。
而去墨脱路况又极差,经常要在石头上“跳舞”。
不要看人家民工穿着解放鞋挺“爽”的,换到“娇生惯养”的城里人脚上可就完全不是那么回事喽。
俺觉得吧,穿湿鞋也好过脚受伤吧!
否则的话,嘿嘿!你也就不需鞋啦。

2.?关于高山反应:

其实可以说每个人遇到的情况可能都不一样:
不同的“起始”高度、不同的起始时间等等---
跟每个人的体质有密切关系。
但特别要注意的是:这里所说的“体质”并不等同于外表的“强壮”。很多身体棒棒的“驴”反而反应得更厉害,反而是许多“柔柔弱弱”的JJ?MM几乎没有任何反应。
特别要注意的就是那些“喜欢扮酷---死要面子”的家伙。

至于说”飞机“和”汽车“哪个不容易引起高山反应,俺的亲身经历告诉俺应该是“汽车”!
----两次的对比就很能说明问题:
第一次是从成都直接飞拉萨,三个小时后就“歇菜“啦;
第二次是从成都坐车走川藏,第二天就去爬海螺沟 ,也没什么反应。

但这也只是个人的情况而已,而且不同的时候身体状况都不一样,不敢说“绝对”!

关于适应高山反应,好象存在着一个误区:都说上到高处就睡觉!
其实这是不正确的,因为睡觉的时候身体各项功能指标都降低,如呼吸等,反而加剧缺氧。
最佳的方式是:保持清醒,轻微的活动。
当然啦,到了晚上也没必要“死撑着”。

提前吃点“红景天”或其它提高血液携氧能力的药物。
或者带点葡萄糖口服液或西洋参含片-----据说而已,俺也没试过。
3.拉萨现在已经有工行,但还是赶不上建行和农行多。
另外邮政储蓄也是不错的选择。
