After visiting Lhasa, we drive to Gyantse along the beautiful Yamdrok Lake, and go to the important town of Back Tibet-Shigatse, then turn west to visit the Sa'gya Monastery, which enjoys a reputation of "Tibetan Dunhuang". The emotion of heroic spirit rises up when we arrive at the foot of Mt.Everest and look upward to the highest mountain peak in the world. We also go to Nepal, the peaceful and quiet country of high mountains by overlanding from the small border town-Zhangmu. Nepal lies at the southern side of the Himalaya Mountain Ranges: Kathamandu and Pokhara Valley are plain and rich, which is like a precious stone inlaid in mountains ranges. Nepal is the focused point of South Asian culture and Central Asian culture with aged-old cultural tradition. Kathamandu is the capital of Nepal, which has a long history and numerous historic sites. There are pure-white foundation, gold body of pagoda, erecting treasured roof and the eyes of Buddha with a long history of more than 200 years, The Swayambhunath Monastery in the sunlight and the palaces ,squares and street of Bhadgaon Dynasty, which are regarded as ˇ°the miracle of world architectural artˇ±. Then we would go to the Chitwan National Park, where elephants, tigers and rhinoceros always haunt. The ecological environment there is protected best in the world. Two days later, we would go to the birthplace of Sakyamuni-Bindhyabasini Temple, which has been merged into the human cultural and natural heritage. Next we would go to ˇ°Asian Switzerlandˇ±-Annapurna Mount to visit Pokhara, the world famous scenic spot at the foot of the snow mountain. There you could truly feel the fusion of spirit.
