西域风情记（十六）——告别喀什喀什的东门大巴扎及和田的大巴扎是新疆最大的两个巴扎，盛大的东门巴扎是喀什的一道重要风景，也是许多游客购物的好去处。星期天是巴扎日，一大早，四面八方的人流开始向东巴扎回合，他们当中有的是从几十公里远的郊外赶来，一辆驴车载着全家老少和待售的商品。到中午，巴扎上已是人山人海，水泄不通，你被人群推搡着，找不到路，突然你会发现自己已经被淹没在人流与物品的海洋中。
在巴扎上，每种物品都有自己的固定场所，分片交易，有地毯巴扎、水果巴扎、铜器巴扎、牛羊巴扎、布匹巴扎等等，除了有新疆本地的特产之外，还有琳琅满目的舶来品；巴基斯坦工艺品、印度香、伊朗地毯等等，满足你对异域的向往及憧憬。
牲口巴扎是值得介绍的一个地方，只有周日才会交易，在这里你可以看到这些巴扎真正的主角—当地农民，他们栓羊的方式很特别，孩子们在一边看着牛羊，大人们则去谈生意。富裕人家多达几十头牛羊，而有的人家少的只有几头牛羊，无论是否能够卖出，巴扎已经成为了维族人民日常生活中必不可缺的一部分。
在巴扎日，烤肉师傅和瓜摊师傅永远是忙碌的，生意总是这么好，妇女和儿童们围坐在凉皮、凉粉摊边，饿了吃几串烤肉，渴了就吃块瓜。在东门巴扎上，一定要品尝的是鲜榨的石榴汁，鲜红晶莹，能比得上世界的任何一种饮料。

西域风情记（十七）——混血的城“让我写写这座混血的城整整八年，它培养我的忍耐、我的边疆气质整整八年，夏天用火，冬天用冰以两种方式重塑我的心灵……
这首诗的作者是在新疆生活多年的诗人沈苇所写，混血的城就是指乌鲁木齐。我们于凌晨四点到达乌鲁木齐，在网上订的宾馆六点以前入住要加一天的房钱，于是向这位拉我们从机场回乌市的司机包了半天的车，决定先去天池。到天池还是很早，我们在车里睡到七点多，做为游客冷飕飕坐了景区车第一批到达了天池。景区车开到离天池还有将近300米的地方停下，剩下的路就要靠自己行走了。刚下过雪，地上和松树上落着薄薄的一层积雪。走到山顶，突然眼前一亮，天池就展现在你的眼前，你会发现天池在没有游客时还是非常美丽的，这里显得非常安静，听着湖水拍岸的声音让你怀疑自己是在海边。远眺博格达峰，一个晶莹剔透的世界，湖中的倒影清晰而美丽，三峰并立的博格达山尤显壮观。当到了九点多，第一批旅行团到达时，我们已经开始下撤，就在我们离开天池时，停车场里已经停满了旅行团的大客车，而我们也顺利地逃了两张票。
到了乌鲁木齐，新疆博物馆是一个不可不去的地方，想要了解整个西域的历史，这里是最好的地方。目前新馆正在建设之中，只设立了一个“新疆文物珍品及古尸展”一个展馆。
回到酒店好好地睡了一觉，到了傍晚我们去了红山公园，红山也被认为是乌市的象征，红山夕照是乌市八景之一。没有太阳，到了远眺楼只能俯瞰乌市市容了，未能看到博格达峰，也没有看到夕照的景象，红山公园我认为没有多大的意思。
二道桥国际大巴扎历史悠久，是新疆最具有民族特色的巴扎之一，现在的大巴扎已经修建得非常气派，仿佛就是中亚风情的一个缩影。晚上的灯光景观显得非常漂亮，这里的商铺林立，商业气息十分浓厚，各种舶来品也都可以在这里买到。二道桥的人流是一条真正的长河，各民族各色人融为一体，置身其间的有我们这样的游客，维吾尔商贩，戴着白帽子的回民，行色匆匆的老外、哈萨克牧民……一个人进入这样色彩斑斓的人流，你就融入了这混血的城。
我们游览了最传统的一日游，乌市给我的印象还是挺好的，它融现代与民俗为一体，既有内地的现代化，又有中亚的风情，新疆人是热情好客的，在这里我们体会到了一种与众不同的感觉。

离开了新疆已经两个月了，回来后还时不时回忆起点点滴滴。在这个地球上，你很难再找出第二个城市像西域这样多元文明共存的地域。与新疆对称的或许只有西藏，但它在内容和气质上是完全不同的，西藏呈现出单纯的宏大及神秘的宗教文化，而新疆则是丰富和多元化。新疆是融合了地球上最上奇异部分的地方，东疆、北疆及南疆无论是从自然景观地貌还是到历史人文风俗，都是迥然不同的。它是一本打开的历史书，舒展着辽阔的页码；它是亚洲的腹地；它是每一位旅行者眼中的梦想。
