纳摩寺处在川甘交界处，拥有一大片川西北高原藏传佛教寺院，主要分为两部分。一边位于川境内，是宗喀巴亲传弟子更登坚赞于1413年建的达仓纳摩格尔底寺，属安多地区著名的格鲁派寺院，里面主要有措勤大殿。寺院后方往深处走，可以看到奇特的高原峡谷；另一边则位于甘境内，是甘丹第五十任甘丹赤巴坚赞桑盖大师，于1748年创建的达仓郎木赛赤寺，寺内设有五所僧学院。我们来的不巧，正直院僧放假时分，所以看不到众僧颂经的壮观场面。两寺中间，滚滚流淌着地处甘、青、川三省交界的白龙江源头。两寺后面翻越几个山头就可看到闻名遐迩的“天葬台”。
有关这里的地理概况我原本知道的并不多，能迅速了解这些情报，得益于偶然间进入的小店“阿里之家”。这个区域本身就是藏、回、汉杂居的地方，所以建筑除藏传佛教之风格外，还会有伊斯兰教的浓郁风格。 “阿里之家”的主人阿里，就是一位回民。
进入小店之前，曾爬上了措勤大殿参观，可突然间空中飘起大大的雪片来，转瞬间房顶，寺顶，地面变得白茫茫一片，周围能见度迅速降低。能够在10月初就看到这样的大雪，确实觉得意外。但处在这样的天气里，去哪里参观都是看不清楚，很没意思。看得出斗斗她们极其失望，她们决定提前出去于司机会合，向红原出发。在这短短的两天里，我们相处的很愉快。到这时，我们必须告别了！
又回到了只有我和海海的二人旅程，我们随便闲逛了一通，打算回旅店。肚子开始乱叫，于是踏进了旅店对面的这家小店，刚才说过的“阿里之家”。在这里吃到了网上流传得很有名的“苹果派”和“土豆泥”，还喝了酥油茶，比在川主寺时的好喝多了。吃饭间和阿里有一搭没一搭闲聊了一通。阿里是个热心而且热情的人，喜欢结交朋友，在必要时会帮助驴们联系包车，也可以提供住宿，每张床只要15元。他向我们简单介绍了这里的地理概况，同时特意提醒我们那边大峡谷虽然好看，但一定要多加小心，切不可走得太深入。因为这个时节游牧藏民们已经驻扎到了那边，会养一些异常凶猛的藏獒来看牧场，这种凶猛的狗，我们见了都会两腿发软，是绝对对付不了的。被他说的心里怕怕的，还好本来时间就不大充裕，这次那边不去也罢。 . .话说着，发现外面雪已经停了，并且有暖暖的阳光照耀下来，真是奇怪的天气！

接着过了河，去参观了位于甘肃境内的赛赤寺，然后决定去拜访闻之丧胆的天葬台！
穿过寺庙，为了节省时间，我们纵身跃上山头，径直往上爬，走的是原本没有的路。开始喘气，汗珠也冒了出来。原本以为爬上这座山的山顶就可以看到天葬台，可没想到到了顶上后眺望，发现它还远在几个山头之外，能远远地看见圈成一圈的飘荡着的幡布。继续翻山，又越过一座扎有山神箭堆的山头，离那边越来越近了。
四野寂静无声，除了我们两个，没有看到任何第三个人，听到的只有我们的心跳加快和粗粗的喘息声。随着脚下的步履一步步逼近那边，心揪得越来越紧。还好现在没有举行这种天葬仪式，否则会根本没有机会走到这里来观看。我们还听说过，即使是平时，藏民也不大允许外人靠近的，若被抓住后果将不堪想象。但不管怎么样，我们正在向那边一点点靠近！隔壁山坡上有一间简陋的小屋，想是看门人住的吧，死一般的沉静，赶紧低下头绕了过去。
“呱——”一阵老鸹的刺耳尖叫滑破长空，心“突”的一惊，迎接我们的将是怎样的一种场景呢？那边发旧的灰白的幡布仍旧任凭风的撕扯，肆虐舞动着。 . .
接近了，就要到了！地面上被丢弃的衣物、鞋袜明显增多，还有很多的绳子，我们很小心地向前迈步，生怕不小心踩到某根白骨上。 . .开始以为幡布围筑的场子便是实施天葬的地方，海海怕里面的景象把我吓着，便让我停在原地，自己先探进头去张望。看着他依旧平静的脸转回头来，我知道，那里面应该没什么吓人的东西。后来想起那幡应该是叫“招魂幡”，地上零落堆砌的乱石上的碑文，应该是刻着一些祈祷之类的话。那么天葬台究竟在哪里呢？直觉告诉我们应该不会太远，因为空气中不知何时已凝聚了一股似被火烧过的浓浓的酥油味道。
四下张望，忽然海海大叫“来这儿看——”我跑过去，地上的残雪早已打湿了我的鞋面，我顾不得理会这些，顺着海海的手指，我看到了几把被胡乱丢在一滩深黑色地里的长斧，再往前看，天哪~~~ 是散乱的骨头，一块、两快，越来越多的白骨窜入眼中。还看到了完整的胸肋骨，大腿骨，那边还有骷髅头。 Awful!一阵阵恶心涌上胸口。抬起头来，不知何时头顶的天空已被一群滑动着翅膀的鹰或鹫所占据。对于习惯于把这边当作就餐台的它们，可能看到这里一有人影晃动就会立刻凑过来吧~~ 可我们还是活物呢！

我们一起下山，又一起在阿里之家用了餐，热热的酥油茶给我的神经涂上了一些润滑剂，心情逐渐平缓下来。接下去我们的路程正好和他们相同，于是相约好明天一起出发，这时开始又结识了俩位新的旅伴。

这天晚上从南从北陆陆续续来了很多背着大包的驴，郎木寺无形中成了驴儿们集聚的中心。雨又下了起来，还时不时地飘些雪花。只是希望明天能顺利坐上车子离开这里，我们可不想被困于这个地方！闭上眼睛总有一堆白骨出现在脑里，一个晚上都没有睡好。 . .

——颠簸在泥泞崎岖的山路上
习惯了起大早去赶班车，可还是听到了坏消息。由于路面过于难走，唯一的两部开往合作的班车都停开了。头发闷，四人聚在阿里之家商量着对策。阿里能联系到的车子碰巧都不在本地，一时没了方向。最终还亏得阿里想到，说昨天半夜从甘肃曾开来过一辆被驴们包下的车，今天想必多半是要赶回甘肃的。听后大喜，忙去想法联系那司机。
车票比班车贵，可毕竟坐上了，一阵庆幸。路真得很烂，到处是黄泥浆，有些路段要靠临近的拖拉机、铲土机来帮忙拖拉，一个地方被水冲垮，铲土机现来铺路，堵车，1小时、2小时。 . .同车的是藏民和回民，一股股难闻的味道时时冲入鼻孔。还碰上塌方的地方，男士们全部下车，从泥浆中小心地慢慢踱步而过。在车里一点胃口也没有，水也不敢多喝。途中经过贡巴、阿木去乎等地，直到晚上7点多，终于看到了柏油路，开到了合作。短短90多公里的路程，应是蹭了11个多小时。

——陌生而神秘的拉不楞寺

虽是早起，可一直拖到9：00才出发。这里开到夏河很方便，路况不错，只用了1个半小时。
下车后先奔到一家“雪域味香饭店”，美美地饱餐了一顿。出了夏河车站往前走，路的两边开了一排商业小铺，规划整齐，底楼都是卖各式藏品的小店，二楼则是一些小饭店等，有藏菜、川菜，也有伊斯兰餐厅。同行的两人叫甲鱼和阿强，都是北京小伙。甲鱼性格开朗，阿强不太爱说话。这次以这种方式出游，阿强还是第一次。问他感受，他不加犹豫地说，回去第一件事就是要配齐装备。呵呵，又有一驴儿诞生了，以后在大江南北又要多出一位扛大包风尘仆仆喜欢探索的身影了！
从这条商业小街一直走下去，就会到拉不楞寺。

拉不楞寺是藏传佛教黄教（格鲁派）六大宗主寺院之一。顺便说一下六大寺院的其它几座寺是：西藏拉萨的噶丹寺，色拉寺，哲蛙寺，日喀则的扎西伦布寺，和青海塔尔寺。
拉不楞寺占地比较宽广，在东西北方向有大白塔和闻思学院的金顶大经堂，高高耸立犹如坐标，围绕它们，其它殿宇以半月形格局呈群星捧月之势向外展开，最外围的是喇嘛们寝食居住的藏式民房，感觉上层层叠叠，错落有致。内围的主要寺院无不是大红色的墙金色的顶黑色的幔帐和青色的瓦，颜色极其丰富。走几步就会碰到身披红袍的喇嘛。
我们来的时间，一些喇嘛正在大殿里面颂经，鞋子整齐地脱在殿外。一群小喇嘛在殿互相追逐嬉戏着。看到我在拍照，都围过来。我把刚拍的他们的可爱姿态拿给他们看，他们全乐了。其中一个又是比划又是叽里咕噜地说了一通，可语言不通，我笑着摇摇头，他忽地跑开。我正想转身走时，看到他已抬起一条腿搭在一扶梯的扶手上，不断冲着我咧嘴笑。我终于领会了他的意思，他是在摆POSE让我拍照呀~~ 好可爱的小喇嘛！
身边不断地会遇到喇嘛和男女老少的藏民，他们按顺时针方向围着寺院外围或内圈的转经轮在一圈一圈、一步不停地绕着圈子走。我们还碰到了更虔诚的，他们磕着等身头，一步步慢慢前进着。这里带给我的最大感受，是那种对宗教信仰影响力和辐射力的一种震惊。
后来我们绕出寺院，爬到对面山坡，眺望这充满了浓郁色彩的宗教小城，在瑟瑟秋风中体会着它庄严而神秘的存在。
在拉不楞，我们于新结识朋友甲鱼和阿强告别，继续踏上新的旅程。

当天坐车赶到了临夏——一个回族自治州，这里位于青藏高原和黄土高原的交汇的地方，平均海拔已经从甘南的3000多米降至了2000多米。
说实话对这个城市的感觉并不是很好，也许是正好赶上周五的缘故。周五是穆斯林的休息日，所以街上的闲人明显增多，走到哪里都似乎感觉到有陌生的眼睛在盯着你看，没有安全感。不过住宿地方的服务员们还是极其热情好客的。我们向她们打听好第二天的行程路线，就钻进被窝睡觉了。

——黄河三峡雄奇险峻，兰州重返人间

早晨7：45出发，知道不远，索性叫了辆面包出租车谈好价钱，直接开到了莲花镇摆渡口，只有这里可以搭上船去炳灵寺。除了我们两个没别的游客，没人能和我们分担船费，所以贵了点。我们坐上了快艇，飞速驶向炳灵石窟。
黄河三峡是刘家峡，炳灵峡、盐锅峡。寺沟峡（炳灵峡）因炳灵寺所处的大寺沟而得名。开始时河面相当宽广，绿油油的河水让你根本无法相信这里属于黄河。这时时间尚早，还没有其它的船只。渐渐进入峡区，河道开始变窄，水多少有些浑浊起来。这时的两岸怪石林立，有的是悬崖绝壁，有的是双峰争峙，还有的是俊俏挺拔。这里的河道曲折多变，这里的山形多如刀削斧劈之势，我说不出这里属于什么样的地形，反正我们被两岸山峰的雄伟气势所深深吸引了。

不到半个小时，就开到了炳灵寺下面的停船点。船老大邵老板把船停靠在岸，背包寄放在船上，轻松去游走石窟。这里的空气清新的很。
上岸后，我们胜似闲庭散步，沿山道慢慢向前走去。这个石窟算算地理位置，应该是在甘肃永靖县城西南部，应该算是相对大型的石窟之一。不过或许是我的孤陋寡闻吧，以前倒没怎么留意过有关这里的记载资料，所以在来前制定路线时，把这里只是作为一个备选的地方。即依行程而定，有时间则来，无时间就放弃。现在当我来到这边置身在这里时，如同拣到便宜似的不由地庆幸，这里不虚此行。

翻开刚刚买来的介绍资料，知道了这个石窟开创于十六国时期西秦王朝建弘元年（也就是公元420），那么距今应该已有将近1600年的历史。在历经了各个朝代的扩建和改造后达到了今天这样的规模。
栈道的最里面，是一尊高达27米的露天石雕大佛，我们绕到对面的山坡上，拍出了这大佛不错的全景照片。
全部转下来，花了1个多小时，重新乘上快艇，返回了莲花码头。这里本身就是个渡口，往刘家峡镇的汽车一般都会开到这里，然后开上渡船，摆渡到对岸，再下去继续前进。

我们随便上了一辆开往刘家峡镇的车，等待着渡船回来。刚才来的不巧，渡船刚刚开走，所以需要等待一段时间。天气转好了，暖暖的太阳照射下来，我臃懒地斜靠在车窗上，嚼着饼干写旅行日记。窗外一个人牵着两只山羊抱着一捆干草来到码头，想是也要摆渡吧。干草放在地上，随手又把羊栓到旁边船栓上。那羊条件反射似的寻着草味探头去啃干草，主人把草拿开些，两羊不罢休，调换了个方向伸长脖子继续去啃。主人又把草拿开些，羊急了，尾巴一翘腿一弯，冲着主人鞋跟撒了一泡尿，主人抖抖鞋，伸出拳头狠捶羊的屁股，羊咩咩叫个不停。 . .有意思！
10：55等到11：30，渡船终于回来了。因为河面很宽，我们花了将近40分钟才到达对岸。车开下渡船，又走了好一段山路土路，终于在13：00左右到达了位于永靖县的刘家峡镇。

出了汽车站，马上叫来一辆面的驶往刘家峡水库大坝处，开到门口发现这里也要门票，而且每人要20大洋。只是上去随便走走就要花这么多钱，越想越觉得不值。司机介绍给我们说，可到坝侧面的山坡上去观远景，想想这主意也不错。像这样的地方，真正站到上面了，反倒体会不出它本身雄伟的气势。于是让司机带路，去了他说的地方。这里确实不错，有一览众山小的感觉。以前曾看过介绍，讲的是大坝开闸时水势大作，四处飞溅，壮观无比的景象。我们没能赶上开闸时节，又是在秋天来的这里，呈现于眼前的只是下面平静无比略显沧桑的堤坝，坝的两侧是没太多绿色，有些荒凉的山崖。
我们的行程就要结束了，不知以后再见到它时会是何时！

刘家峡镇到兰州路好的很，可这车偏偏磨磨蹭蹭，时不时停下载人，所以还是花了两个多小时才到。车钻进兰州市区穿过主要繁华街道，人多起来，车多起来，还时值国庆假期中，街上逛街的、购物的，每个人都流露出一种满足的喜悦。
又回到了城市中，仿若又回到了“人间”。那天晚上，我们拖着一身尘土去美食街大补特补，狂吃了一通。
这里是这次行程的最后一个落脚点，明天，我们将坐上火车，经过27个小时，我们将重返上海。 10多日的旅程说长不长，说短不短，每日看到的不同景致令人兴奋。虽说一路的奔波会多少有些疲劳，可这种无拘无束的精神上的放松是在大都市里无论如何也找不到的。我们珍惜这样的日子，珍惜途中点点滴滴的记忆，珍惜结交的每一位朋友的珍贵友谊。
迎接我们的，又将是一个快节奏步伐的城市，我们要面对的，又将是每一日必须全心投入的工作，这些我们会需多久才能再次适应呢？
